Linda Mercer

Linda Mercer is Director of the Bureau of Resource Management for the Maine Department of Marine Resources, a position she has held since 1995. Prior to this, she was a Senior Biologist with the North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries in Morehead City, NC. She has a MA and PhD in Marine Science from the College of William & Mary, Virginia Institute of Marine Science.
